1. Agent permission model running

   Permissions for AI agents as a build-time proof: capabilities → scopes → profiles in home-manager; nixos-rebuild fails naming an unknown capability before anything runs.

2. Cluster & build farm running

   One mini-PC running k3s, a Nix build farm across it, everything versioned — the deploy pipeline that ships this site from actual hardware. Three nodes until September; the HA estate passed a node-loss drill and still lost to the power bill.

Open source

1. dream-memory open source

   A nightly ingest folds session logs into a git-versioned markdown store; a CLI and MCP server read it back, bounded and read-only. The store is the stable half — plain markdown plus git.

2. CRT Shell open source

   The wallpaper is the canvas; a documented host contract keeps machine-specific policy with the consumer. Hyprland and Sway adapters sit behind one shared compositor interface.
